By accessing or using the AZTEAM website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States.
Our Services
AZ Team LLC ("AZTEAM") provides custom apparel printing services including DTF printing, embroidery, and laser engraving. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards through Stripe. For bulk orders or special arrangements, contact us via WhatsApp.
Artwork and Intellectual Property
You represent that you have the right to use any artwork, logos, or designs submitted for printing. AZTEAM is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided artwork. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe may infringe on third-party rights. Artwork recreation services are available from $15-$35 if you need us to create vector files from your images.
Production and Delivery
DTF printing typically takes 4-6 business days. Embroidery typically takes 5-7 business days. Rush orders are available via WhatsApp for an additional fee. Production times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive a defective product due to our error, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos showing the issue. We will replace the defective items or provide a refund. Items that match the approved mockup are not considered defective.
Limitation of Liability
AZTEAM's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
