AZTEAM provides custom apparel printing services including DTF printing and embroidery. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Artwork and Intellectual Property
You represent that you have the right to use any artwork, logos, or designs submitted for printing. AZTEAM is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided artwork. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe may infringe on third-party rights.
Production and Delivery
Production times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive a defective product due to our error, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will replace the item or provide a refund.
Limitation of Liability
AZTEAM's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
